Elevation Burger - Calumet-Norvelt

Food is fairly priced BUT the drinks is where they get you…$4 for fountain drink and $4 for a bottle of water… When I went, the chicken tenders were actually more like heavily breaded popcorn chicken; not bad at all and you get a lot. Two adults could eat an order of the chicken tenders (popcorn chicken). And the staff was mediocre at best.

Don’t do it. Waited 30 mins in line, then 1 hour for French fries, one burger, and chicken tenders. Incredibly disorganized and poor service. People who ordered 30 mins after us were getting food way before us. Pack your own lunch!! The ketchup was unlimited though, hence the one star.

This place is terrible. Even after setting expectations low (you never know how zoo restaurants can be) it was still bad. Food was ok but the staff was so rude it didn't matter. They didn't have what was on the menu and were terrible at explaining that. Could not even tell where to pick up the food as I was barked at.

Don’t spend your money here, this place is ridiculous. The food is not worth it. Came in with my daughter around 2:15 and all they had was tenders and fries and employees that just wanted to leave and where being rude about it. I say that cuz they were trying to close the lobby early saying 2:40 closing. Just go somewhere else.

THE best place to eat at the zoo hands down! Easily better than five guys or McDonald’s. Burger was not greasy at all and tasted like a backyard bbq. Would definitely visit again.
