A+ dish but overall a bit random, lacking cohesion ? this was my overall feeling about all the dishes. Not a bad thing but expected something more thoughtful for the price. Also: great cocktail choices alongside a nice wine menu. Expensive experience but worth it.
Enjoyed an incredible 4 course dinner and good drink pairings, further complemented with some exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly service. 1st course: Fresh baked sourdough bread -Cultured butter, wild mushroom miso, pickled cucumbers, sauerkraut- (Bev Pairing: Proper Sake Co., ?Super Gold? Sparkling Yamahai, Nashville, TN) 2nd course: Salmon Zeppole -Confit Salmon, fines herbes, green goddess dressing- (Bev Pairing: Salted Aquavit Gimlet w/ gin, aquavit,
Delightful place. Old diner look and feel but really tastefully prepared food. Staff were simply dressed, very attentive and helpful. The four of us each had a different favorite dish and I liked the salmon best followed closely by the steak. The food was very, very good.
Had a birthday meal here. The service was excellent and the sour dough bread was delicious. But I cannot recommend the chef's tasting. Stick with the a la carte. The drinks were interesting.
Expansive cafe with plenty of seating and unique lattes. I can never resist a good flavored latte and this was the first time I'd seen Peach Cobbler Latte on a menu, so I had to try it! The flavor was subtle and sweet. I was surprised by how large the interior was, there's definitely plenty of seating whether you're catching up with friends over brunch of powering through a thesis on your laptop.
