The Baker’s Lounge has amazing cakes and pastries. I've been supporting for years, and you're missing out if you haven't tried one of Catherine's desserts.

Everything was dry. Maybe because I ordered later on evening. Best part was the string wrapped around the box. My cat enjoyed that.

This little shop is mighty, and its owner Catherine is so lovely! GBBO fans will be delighted that, yes, THIS is the place where you can find a cherry bakewell #IYKYK). Be sure to ask if there are any savory offerings in the back I recently had a terrific mushroom and spinach tart that convinces me that I should just buy whatever savory offering is on deck.I can't wait till afternoon tea service is available. I'll definitely be there.

We needed a cake for a special dinner and dropped by to see what this place had to offer. Our timing was impeccable. A wonderfully moist cake was ready to go. Vanilla cake with vanilla bean butter cream icing, adorned with white chocolate dipped strawberries and Christmas sprinkles!We got lucky... check this place out for bakery treats but maybe order in advance.
