Golfe Taverne - Calvi

Directly at the city harbour the location was probably the strongest point of the place. the simple design made it look like a classic tourist restaurant that would not be a problem as per itself. in comparison to other nearby places, however, the overall picture was somewhat creepy and ashamed. service was always beautiful and smiling. the food we had was nice and everything, even though we waited for it to come. the price was reasonable. could come back and come back sometime.

Here for a quick lunch with panini and cocktails. The latter were very good, the former ok. However, the service was very deorganized and rather slow (even if the terrace was not busy at all).

Everything took an orange glamour, as the bright sunlight was blocked by large orange sunshades that were constantly shading in the rather strong brise. the brise was even strong enough to blow away parts of an salat, as the waiter tried to place the bowl on another dinertically! (the salat has been replaced) service here was very friendly and accommodating and eating was good. a pleasant place for lunch on a hot day with a beautiful view of the water.

A daily visit for us for a wi fi fix. A good bar with a really good view, a bonus if some lovely boats have moored up right in front of the bar. It really is what you would expect, tourist service that is polite, efficient...and quick. Good selection of drinks, the ice creams do look amazing! The best thing, quick wi fi it has been a struggle staying in Calvi without wi fi!!

Un chouette resto sur le port , avec chanteurs Corses au top samedi dernier ! Tres bon accueil et le veau était tres bon !
