Kebab Cafe - Calvià

I ordered a Hawaiian pizza, the menu clearly states it is 8.70€. The owner tried to charge me 10.00€. When I queried him, he replied the menu is wrong. I replied the price on the menu is 8.70€ I want my change back. He then tried to say it has extra toppings. More lies. I didn’t ask for any extra and it was the same as previous ones I had ordered. Finally he gave me the change, but 20 cents short. By this stage I demanded reclamation forms, which by Spanish law they must give you. They refused. Luckily some police were passing by and asked what the problem was. The forms magically appeared and the owner was given a lecture in the law. If you don’t want to be short changed avoid this place.

If you like good taste of cafe solo. you should go to Kebab Cafe in el toro Mallorca. Recommended...

I used to visit this place on a weekly basis. The pizzas are great, kids love them and are a decent price. Last few times I went in they tried to short change me, same as the comment below (Prob March and April Told me it was because of COVID prices. I said I would pay the displayed price on the wall and they got angry, in the end they gave me my money back but told me if I came back I’d be charged more as prices were going up. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried again. Same thing happened again. Not been back since which is a shame as they have prob lost a couple hundred euros trying to rob me the price of a tip which I would have left anyway. I know of countless others that this has happened to also. Why poop on your own doorstep?

Son todos muy amables y simpáticos. La comida está muy buena. Me gustan sus pizzas y kebab.

Dentro de este tipo de establecimientos y sin pedir lujos, nos ha parecido excelente tanto la comida como la atención del camarero. Todo facilidades para un grupo grande cargado de niños.
