Perseverantia Cafe Beach Club - Calvià

Tried here for a change as my favourite restaurant was closed Thursdays the seen looked very inviting sunset over the sea magic ,,well that is where the magic ended ,,we went for the 3 course set menu i had just started my first course when a waitress arrived with my second i said i have not started my first course, she angrily said (dont you want) will i take away ,,yes i said after finishing first course they didn't bring my second for 30 mins ,,obviously huffed by my refusal ,,after we finished second course they never came near to ask about a sweet that was included in the price ,,i ended up paying the bill without getting the sweet ,,told manager i was not happy ,,he just said the staff are new ,,never again

Gorgeous spot overlooking the sea front, food reasonable and tasty, pool free to use whilst you’re visiting. Staff so rude!! We went twice and only went back for the location and nice food, it certainly wasn’t for the service. On our first visit the waitress tutted at us! She grunted at anything we asked for. Second time we visited staff were slightly better but far from friendly. Real shame as it’s a lovely place.

Terrible service, very disorganised staff,food came at random times and noticed the same happened to other diners. Very disappointed and it was the most expensive meal we had in santa ponsa

Awful service but pretty good food! Waitress barely spoke to us and acted as if our presence was an inconvenience! Even my 11 year old asked why she was so rude. Shame as the food was pretty good but did not make up for the rudeness!

Horrendous service. One or two staff taking orders on PDQ, many more waiters and one behind the bar. Average wait Tim 30 plus minutes once your able to place an order.
