Camarillo Cupcake

I ordered cupcakes for a graduation party, and they were amazing! They were incredibly moist and delicious, with the best buttercream frosting I've ever tasted. Everyone enjoyed them, and I was fortunate enough to have a few leftovers! Yum! I highly recommend them!

Gina was amazing! She was quick to respond to my initial request and quick to respond to all of my questions and check-ins. The cake she made for a wedding anniversary in my family was both beautiful and tasty. One thing to know: the cake is thiiiick. I only say that because as we sliced it and started eating, we didn’t realize just how big each slice was. We got the “mocha cake” — chocolate cake with coffee buttercream. Super moist, not too sweet, but very rich. A few bites and I needed a break (not a bad thing at all). I also got a couple cupcakes on the side, a butter pecan and a salted caramel. Both were also amazing. Anyhow, loved this place as did my family. We will be coming back for more — for an everyday dessert and probably for future special occasions. Y’all should also stop by and prep your stomachs.

Our wedding cake was fantastic! Gina and the team at Camarillo Cupcake were wonderful to work with. We were looking for something unique and incredibly tasty, and they truly delivered! The entire process, from sampling to delivery, was seamless. We chose a two-tier cake with a mango flavor for the bottom layer and lemon for the top layer. We also ordered a variety of cupcakes, including gluten-free options for some of our guests. Everyone was impressed and enjoyed every bite! They even coordinated with our florist, which was a major bonus for us. Thank you once again!

I had originally emailed about the cake order weeks in advance but received no response. I tried calling multiple times with no answer and even left a voicemail asking for a minor change. Finally, when I reached out again, the manager was frustrated because I hadn’t emailed or left a voicemail. It’s baffling that she expected me to reach out through those channels when I had received no communication back from her previously. Having worked in customer service for 15 years, I would never treat or talk to a customer the way she did. I would rate this experience a 0 out of 10 and certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Our wedding cake was absolutely delicious! We chose a two-tier lemon cake with vanilla frosting. The cake tasted so fresh and moist, and not too sweet!! Camarillo Cupcake also did a phenomenal job at creating our vision for our dog figurines on the cake. We received countless compliments on how beautiful our cake was! We couldn't recommend them more!
