After being informed that the wait for an outdoor table was only 5 minutes, we ended up waiting even longer as we watched every party ahead of us be seated and served. Despite making direct eye contact with the host and two servers, we were completely ignored. The customer service was appalling.

The Lure Fish House doesn't disappoint. It's our favorite fish house in Ventura County!

Very nice restaurant. We didn't want to wait for a table, so we sat in the open seating section. That worked out well as the food and the service were both excellent.
