Masa Sushi - Camarillo

We finally found our sushi restaurant after being disappointed at Sumo Newbury Park. There is no comparison because the portions and options of the combination plates are incredible! HUGE plates of quality food with attentive and professional servers. Fantastic experience overall. We will make the drive to Camarillo because it is worth it.

FYI been a customer for over 30 years and can definitely say with some authority that poor Masa is certainly turning over in his grave. What this place is serving is not deserving of the name and equally sad is that some poor fish had to die only to become “sushi” that those “sushi” chefs are serving. Sad day indeed.

Walked in at 820pm. After waiting patiently to be seated they saw me come in) they told me they were not taking any more guests, and people sitting haven't even ordered. There were only 2 people at the bar. I drove all the way for nothing. I'm very disappointed. Make sure you call so you don't waste your time.

The sushi and the sashimi were amazing. Additionally, the servers were really attentive.

Great sushi. Prices are a little high but it's good. Horrible customer service. I don't know what changed but everything was horrible. I waited for over 5 minutes to place my order over the phone. I arrived at the restaurant at the time they gave me. I was told they were finishing up my order and it would only be 3 minutes. Over 20 minutes later, I received my order. I got home and noticed I didn't get my entire order. That was probably the last time I will eat there. The food is delicious, don't get me wrong but the customer service is horrendous.
