Delicious! Ruby's is a hidden gem offering authentic cuisine with options to please every palate. The staff is consistently warm and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure you’re a satisfied customer, whether it's for food substitutions or special requests. The whole family enjoys dining at Ruby's, and the children's menu is extensive with perfectly sized portions. I'm especially grateful for the vegetarian choices; the veggie fajitas with sautéed peppers and onions are delightfully charred. The drinks, both alcoholic and aguas frescas, are refreshing and expertly mixed. Plus, they provide unlimited chips and salsa, which is a nice touch. I have nothing but positive things to say about Ruby's and highly recommend it! If you're reading this review, please give them a try.

Hunger! I went out for dinner expecting a nice meal, but it turned out to be a disappointing experience. I felt completely forgotten and ignored by the staff. I ended up paying for my beer and chips because no one was available to take my order. Despite asking for assistance, I was still overlooked. To the owner: I did not find the service to be fast at all. Waiting over 30 minutes only to be ignored when trying to place my order was simply unacceptable.

I can't beat her Taco Tuesday Special. $3,50 per crispy taco. These tacos are gigantic and filling. Our server and team of servers were very friendly and attentive.
