Contribuisci feedbackI went to this location this morning at 4:45 a.m. and the employee, Miss K, made my venti latte drink incorrectly. When I asked her to remake it, she was rude to me. I explained the situation to the manager on duty, who was polite and corrected my order. However, Miss K needs to be retrained on how to properly do her job and how to treat customers with respect. I will not be returning to this location again.
I have mixed feelings about this restaurant. It is conveniently located with a drive-thru, which my wife loves, but I have found the service to be average at best. The restaurant is always busy and I have noticed that the staff is more friendly when using the drive-thru compared to walking in. Unfortunately, there is limited parking available due to its proximity to an urgent care center, which has reserved a large portion of the spots for their patients. Even if you order ahead, be prepared to wait a long time regardless of the time of day. If there was a closer location with a drive-thru, I would choose that one over this one.

Ya so since when does a Starbucks tell you there is milk in a drink when a customer walks in to get a drink corrected saying there is no milk in it?! I thought Starbucks was the 2000s store that reestablished customer service? You need to loose the attitude chicka and just recognize you were wrong straight cold brew no flavor no milk when we ordered a sweet cream oatmilk cold brew. Thanks to the dude who fixed our drink, tip of hat!
I absolutely adore the green tea lemonade with strawberry puree and 2 pumps of raspberry syrup at this restaurant. I appreciate that they are happy to customize it exactly how you like it without any hesitation or judgement. It's always a pleasant experience ordering this drink here!
