The Hidden Kitchen - Cambria

Gluten-free eaters are happy! We both chose savory blue corn waffles and were not disappointed. We were lucky to get some of the last waffles before they were sold out ~1 pm). Coffee was great and loved the small outdoor area!

It's really hidden that we have trouble finding the place, but everything is worth it. Very nice restaurant. 1. I tried blue corn waffles and I was astonished as it tastes, it was so delicious. Coffee and service were great.

All right! Four people with two toddlers divided three waffles and we had a whole waffle left! I personally also had a protein shake, and the flavors were super unique, consistency very thick as I like my shakes. Blue waffles are great if you are gluten-free. The setting and location are top notch on a cheerful and sunny Cambria morning. Crowed seems to be younger couples and families.

We ordered the Morro Melt, Weirdos Waffle and the Bishops Buzz Smoothie. The waffles were amazing, and very filled as the part was great. We went in the middle of the morning and had to wait for 30 minutes for our order as it is a popular place for brunch, but in the end it was good to wait!

Such a cute little food joint. The waffles were unique and delicious. The smoothies were really good too. A must try!
