They not are local . But they better ones. The food can be hit or miss. If you go to early when they open something you can get was from afternoon. But if cooked fresh they very good. If you order fish and wait it can been very oily. But overall ok.

I ordered a large serving of mushy peas, but when I called, they said it would be ready in 5 minutes. However, when I arrived, they claimed I hadn't placed an order and asked me to leave.
