Contribuisci feedbackWe came to this McDonalds for dinner for my family, we go to the ordering screens and found that there were no cold drinks available? And I don’t mean just no soft drinks, but no water, milkshakes, milk, orange juice, nothing. Only had hot drinks available so I was forced to order everyone’s meals individually because the hot drinks from McDonald’s are terrible and taste like nothing but hot water. This made my trip very expensive as buying meals make it cheaper, and I had to get drinks from somewhere else. The manager had no interest in helping
Thank you McDonald’s I always have a good experience at this restaurant I’m a Cambridge taxi driver and always visit your Newmarket road store your staff know me always smile say hello very nice people you have some new staff I want to give a shout out to Christina and Neymare very pleasant an asset to your company I’ve seen newcomers progress right up to Managers and crew trainers Ellie Humphrey’s in my view should be moved to a management position she is outstanding many thanks Stephen Mcclean
After placing our order, we were instructed to park and wait for our food. We assumed our meals were being freshly prepared, but unfortunately we received stale buns, tasteless patties, and cold, undercooked fries. This was a disappointing experience, so I would not recommend purchasing food from this restaurant unless you specifically request it to be cooked fresh.
This restaurant consistently serves cold or lukewarm food through the drive-thru, and the burgers are often missing salad. I would recommend Burger King for a drive-thru experience with polite and helpful staff.
Never have any milkshakes and don’t even have many sodas. Never been to a worse McDonalds The staff were clueless and had no communication
