We were spending a day out in Cambridge from London and we found ourselves very attracted from the name of the place.. luckily! We had two different ramens and some fried dumplings.. a real taste of Japan, for real, so yummy and tasty, the broth was excellent as well The atmosphere of the place is very nice, especially the music and the staff is friendly. If you pass by, stop here. 5 5
The Japanese ramen I had taste nothing like Japanese. The noodle used is the wrong type. The spicy noodle my wife had taste bad as well.
This restaurant has a wide variety of menu. we opted for Japanese. the sashimi was surprisingly fresh, we had a donburi with sashimi and a sushi maki. they were not bad. there was a sushi bar when we entered so we thought it should be pretty authentic. place gets really crowded and service can be compromised.
If you have experienced authentic Japanese ramen before, you will quickly notice that what is being passed off as Japanese ramen is actually just Chinese beef brisket soup. The noodles also do not resemble ramen noodles. I feel deceived. The flavor is decent, but honestly, I cannot trust a restaurant that cannot distinguish between Japanese ramen and Chinese beef brisket soup!
