I received laser eye surgery within 3 hours of arriving and the entire staff was fantastic. They even provided us with tea while we waited for the doctor. They stamped our parking card so we didn't have to pay the £12 fee. I highly recommend this hospital.

I brought my 17-year-old son to the hand clinic today for his first visit to the hospital. We were guided to the clinic by a volunteer. Once inside, we were promptly attended to by the consultant, who was friendly and explained the procedure thoroughly. We had a great experience and left feeling well taken care of.
This large hospital offers a variety of departments and services for both patients and staff. Amenities such as shops, a café, and various food options like M&S and Coop are available on-site. In addition to medical services, the hospital also houses a Blood Donation centre, research facilities, and Urgent care and A&E departments. While the staff is generally friendly and the processes run smoothly, it is worth noting that there are currently extensive waiting lists and longer wait times due to the impact of Covid-19.
