Everything was fantastic except for the loyalty program, which is quite complicated. Highlights include the quality modern decor and the hotel's tranquil atmosphere.

I only dined here and didn't stay overnight. The service was attentive without being overbearing, and the food arrived quickly. However, considering the price range of £20-25 for a main course, I found the style and quality of the food lacking. My trout was served in a bowl of cream, which was overly rich for the fish. Overall, I would rate the service a 5 and the location a 5.
