A great pub for locals and new people alike. A warm welcome and good priced drinks. Would definitely visit again.

Utterly brilliant proper pub. Dropped in by chance on a business trip with a colleague and it was excellent, friendly and an all round pleasure.

I 'm a regular here, it 's one of my locals. No idea what the last reviewer is on about. The pub did an amazing job getting through the pandemic. I 'm guessing 'Nathan ' has never run a pub or had to work 7 days a week day and night for extended periods. The pub finally has some more staff. It 's always been friendly and welcoming and the Sunday roast is a bargain. The beer is well kept and apart from the odd roudy local (myself not included of course) it 's a great pub.

Not one of Cambridge’s finer pubs has definitely seen better days. Has more of a ‘working men’s’ atmosphere than the regular Greene King vibe. Variety of pubs sports on offer, typical beer and ale range, old fashioned pub tables and chairs, grubby and smudged whiteboards and metallic tasting Guinness. A little rough around the edges all in all and was kept waiting whilst being served. Not for me.

Another excellent Sunday roast. The staff were very friendly, and the house red wine was very good quality and value
