Dine out boston week, dinner with my daughter. our first time in bambara. my first cure was the cream of the mushroom soup. it was amazing! she chose the calamari. perfectly cooked. light non-greasy! my main course was the bruised salmon over couscous. yummy! she had the same thing this time. and for dessert I decided for the chocolate cake with a fruity sauce crisp young from a kind. she had the chocolate mousse.(I should have got that! but desserts were right. not hard)! all in all, a nice night to be out!
Kimpton hotel restaurant with great atmosphere and high quality food. I have an excerpt from her dry burger and fried calamari. the presentation of the dry burger was inconceivable, but it was very good. although the ingredients were very basic, the vegetables were fresh and the dry aged meatpatt was on the spot. Also with pfeffer and jalapeños was fried calamari beautifully spiced. the portions were definitiw small for the price as expected from a hotel restaurant. I still enjoyed everything I ordered.

Our organization recently held our first gathering since COVID at Bambara. The staff-especially Amanda and Peter-were very accommodating. The place was immaculate and the staff wore masks. The food was, as always, fantastic! Bambara is a great place for events when there is a mix of vegetarians and meat eaters. The pork buns were a hit as were the excellent thick fries and goat cheese with cranberry bread spread. Our board stayed for dinner after the cocktail hour and our meals each tasted as good as they looked. Thanks everyone! Looking forward to our next event at Bambara!
