Cabot Cafe is a cute little cafe in the basement of Cabot House (one of the undergraduate houses at Harvard . Located in E entryway, the cafe is open 8pm-1am on Sunday through Thursday nights. Since the entryway requires Harvard ID swipe access to enter, the cafe is used almost exclusively by Harvard students. In fact, the management of the place is student run and staffed almost entirely by students. I used to study there a lot when I was an undergrad at Currier House across the street, and it was a great space to work on a paper or catch up with friends. Cabot Cafe serves a variety of coffee, tea, and other drinks for a very reasonable price (a hot chocolate is only $2.50! . They also have a food selection and nightly specials. The full menu can be found on their website.
The Harvard Art Museum is a hidden gem that can be easily missed at first glance. It is truly a marvel worth visiting if you find yourself in Harvard Square. Often overshadowed by well-known attractions like the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum and the Museum of Fine Arts, this museum deserves your attention.
For Harvard students, this place is often underestimated. It's super cozy and stays open late. The teas are excellent, and the staff is very friendly. Don't forget to take a sticker while you’re there!
Amazing location and a cozy atmosphere! I truly had a wonderful experience overall!
