It’s so hit or miss here. The food is usually alright but sometimes (far too often) the service is super bad so the quality of the food makes no difference.Today was yet another day like that. Taco Bell does a better job and the food is almost same quality. (Salt is the main flavor).

Amazing people run ,operate and serve our community wonderful flavorful food ,exceptional cooks ,hosts and wait staff , they are more of an experience then just going out for dinner. affordable and the drinks are great definatly try the texas size margaritas strong and you get the bamg for your buck!!!! Vegetarian options: They have there whole menu available with a no meat option Kid-friendliness: Atmosphere is definatly kid friendly plenty of family dining spots as well as a bar set off to the other end allowing adults to adult. My family and I LOVE Chapala. The food is always amazing, I always get Burrito Ruelata and a Cornorita. Our kids love the virgin banana daiquiris! The staff are all so sweet and welcoming. I couldn’t say one negative thing about Chapala. We go almost once a week. Definitely the best restaurant to eat in Princeton ? ??

We've been here a million times! Never disappointing! The food I'd always fresh and hot! Excellent Margaritas! It's loud in there when it's busy! Kid-friendliness: Excellent for family atmosphere!
