Contribuisci feedbackI have ordered from this restaurant location regularly, but I was shocked when they double charged me for previous visits, not just my most recent one. When I tried to contact their corporate number, it was not available. The next morning, I called again and found out it was just a recorded message instructing me to contact the store directly. When I went to the store a few days later to get my refund, the manager rudely told me to leave and proceeded to call the police when I tried to calmly discuss the issue. This experience has tarnished my opinion of Dominos, and I will no longer be supporting them. It is disappointing that a restaurant we used to love has displayed such poor customer service and dishonest behavior.
I placed my order at 7:55 and requested a pickup time of 8:14. However, when I arrived at 8:21, they had not started preparing my order. A staff member asked me to show them my confirmation page as they were unable to see what I had ordered. This is the third time I have encountered issues at this particular location.
The delivery took more than an hour, and when I called to check on the order, it still took an additional 15 minutes to arrive. The pizza was soggy and not fresh. It was a very disappointing experience.
I ordered my free pizza and Honey BBQ wings and I was very dissatisfied with my order. Not only was the pizza burnt as shown in the picture, but I had to add my own BBQ sauce as there was barely a drizzle of sauce. The photo is after I added my own sauce.The only thing that was any good was the parmesan bites. $30 for this? Not ever again. I won 't be dealing with Domino 's again. Itried to contact corporate about this and couldn 't upload my photos and the site gave me an error when I clicked on Submit .
It's pizza right. It's good, and the prices is what keeps us coming back. If you understand that you should be fine. But what you should also expect is poor as hell customer service. The last two times I've ordered there my pizza have been made wrong.And then to try and help they said they would deliver out a pizza but it would take over an hour. So instead of that they wouldonly give me credit for 1 of the pizzas they messed up. They also forget the sauces that they nickel and dime you over. When youmake the 15 minute trip back home. They ask you to drive back or next time they will give you an extra one. That doesn't helpme. It's not my job to make sure my order is right when I put all the details in the order on the app. It's all right thereinfront of you.
