The staff was friendly, but the restaurant itself feels quite outdated, and the furniture was sticky. Additionally, sharing restrooms with another restaurant was not a pleasant experience.

I was served by the most wonderful woman when I stopped here to wait for my friends. She was efficient, friendly, and had the most beautiful hair (not that it really matters when it comes to coffee)!

In terms of the food and drink, this is a typical Dunkin's: uninspiring coffee, empty airy donuts, and ultra zapped hot items. But if you're addicted to the Dunkin's app like I am, you can have your order ready as you walk in if you order ahead of time, all while racking up discounts and bonus points. This particular outlet is located along busy Mass Ave and does not have a drive thru. On the flip side, it has a decent amount of seating inside enough to encourage folks to linger and chat or read the newspaper. But not inviting enough for long term laptop loiterers. In the warmer months there are also makeshift tables and chairs on the sidewalk outside. Who wants to see bare, wrinkly hands and dirty fingernails shoving food or drink into their face? Keep it classy and keep it focused on the food and drink with no distractions whatsoever.

Perfect place to stop for a coffee after a long walk. And the donuts are world-class.
