J.p. Licks - Cambridge

Had several of their vegan frappes and they were tasty and so fill out that I could not eat for hours after that! more reasonable price for quantity and quality. will be back for.sure!

While I guess that jp licks offers vegan options, I have tried most of them, and do not find their vegan ices to be very good at all. they are generally watery and too sweet. I could see her ice cream order from time to time when there is the only vegan option in the opposite, but there are many really great vegan ices in boston, so I would not recommend jp licks. and I would make sure that it could turn off the people on vegan ice if this was their first exposition. updated by previous review on 2018-07-19

3 vegan choices: in the rule 1-2 soy, 1 hemp, sometimes 1 sorbet. I tried some soy ice creams and they are always thick and not very refreshing. I love cocos and mandelmilch ice cream they never wear. note that they have a child size that is still quite large, so they start it if they are not sure about the taste. so far I was disappointed, but I gave them 3 stars because I still appreciate that they are an ice-laden that carries vegan options.

Great ice cream where small serving is not small by any standard measure (expect each serving to be 1.5-2 times regular size). Texture is a bit soft smooth and the flavor pretty good, all at great prices. Definitely recommend as I was by everyone I met from Boston/Cambridge. They do allow sampling. They are essentially a cafe and ice cream shop merged together. They also sell coffee, soft serve, few dairy free options, pastries (savory too), cupcakes, milkshakes, ice cream cakes and sandwiches etc.

I tried the mango peach sundae and pistachio ice cream at this restaurant. Both were of very good quality. I have no complaints. The prices were a little on the high side, but the servings were large and the staff was friendly. It was a nice place to relax and cool down after a hot day.
