I recently ordered sushi from this restaurant for takeout. It arrived a bit later than expected, but I didn't mind once I tasted the sushi! The quality of the sushi is amazing - the rice is delicious and the fish is very fresh. This is the best sushi I have had in Cambridge so far, and I eat sushi regularly. I was surprised at how good the takeout sushi tasted. In any case, my order will be finished in no time!
Total disorganization! They come in the load and it is as if they are not there, because nobody draws attention to them. I put an order online and waited a long time for several other orders that had not even expected customers. they could be a little smarter and serve those waiting at the place.
I ordered delivery from this restaurant through GrubHub three times. The first time, my food arrived over 45 minutes late and GrubHub offered to refund me. The second time, the delivery driver assigned to my order declined it, and I received a message that the order had been cancelled. Today, I decided to give the restaurant a third try in the hopes of finally trying their sushi. However, when my food arrived, it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, making it a very unpleasant experience. I contacted GrubHub, and they refunded me. Hours later, I received a text on my personal cellphone from someone named ‘Brian from Wasabi’ (I assume this is the owner) with pictures of my order and a lengthy text scolding me and saying that the restaurant is not for me. I am disappointed by the lack of customer service and quality of food at this establishment. I do not recommend supporting this place.

Then- several hours later, I received a text on my personal cellphone from ‘Brian from Wasabi’ (I’m assuming this is the owner with pictures of my order and a long text telling me off and telling me that the “restaurant isn’t for me.” So, here I am trying to support local businesses I have a wacko owner texting my personal cell, harassing me. Completely disgusted by the lack of customer service here and quality of food!!! Do not support this place!!
