Contribuisci feedbackTold me that they were closed at 8 o'clock when the person in front of me ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches and a large frosty chino. I just wanted a meal, I drove 35 minutes and was late to work because they went the wendy in forest lake was closed. if they are not willing to open, they take no one the order just so, it should not matter if I regularly or not.
Had a way friendlier experience a couple months ago, it seemed like the place was going in a good direction, friendly smiling employees, fast service, but it’s gone back to sh!t and the current people managing as well as working at the place are extremely unpleasant. my burger was thrown together, looks like the person making it was just trying to get it out the window as fast as possible not caring about quality, one of the managers is also extremely rude. wont ever go again and i wouldn’t recommend anyone else does either.
The drive through attendant was really nice and helpful. They even got my custom order correct!
Management needs a full flip here. Employees are hard-working but are noticeably rotated often as the management lacks enthusiasm, direction and organization. I don't know the whole story of how they got to where they are today. But you're sure to consistently receive inaccurate orders, after an immensely long wait, and met with an attitude on top of it despite how friendly YOU are. Hope they get the help they need.
All the food was old,cold,and they forgot 2 of the things I ordered without ANYONE in line,but the manager has always been really nice and super sweet and fixed all right away! So after finding a ride to show them all the bad things,she made it alright so I could go home to a now SUPER starving hangry man, just to tell him that sweet managerwesaw last time madessure to make it alrightkoodos to her and she really needs a raise,she works so very hard
