Was here for dinner a few days ago at 630pm, restaurant was quiet and not very busy when we arrived. I think our server was new as he seemed quite nervous. Our drink orders were taken and although they arrived quickly my husband had ordered a second drink which was forgotten about until we mentioned it a second time. Our appetizers arrived quickly and hot. They were delicious. Main course took awhile, we waited about 30mins between our appetizers and main dishes to arrive. That being said they were delicious and hot! All around a decent experience other than the wait even while being slow. One of the better BP's in the area though! Would return again.
We visited today for a late lunch , ordered veggies pizza and garlic Parmesan fries and for desert salted caramel pannucci with ice cream. Everything tasted great service was pretty good aswell. Kids had some activity too. Overall good experience for a vegetarian Indian family of 4. Definitely recommended.
It had been a while since I last visited Boston Pizza, and after trying to eat there yesterday, will definitely be my last. To say the food was subpar would be kind. My first clue should have been the limited pizza choices. A smaller section in comparison to what it used to be. We had ordered two pizza's, a Vegetarian and a Mediterranean with the Spinach Artichoke dip. Hmmm where to start? The dip tasted more like a washed out version of a dip with feta cheese undertones. Not sure about you, but I have not recalled feta cheese in this type of dip anywhere else? Yes I get it, people like to add their own spin on things, but sometimes flavors can clash?! It was a fail in my books. Only reason for it maybe the saltiness it can provide? But to be honest the spinach or artichoke wasn't the guest of honor, but rather the help. Now on to the pizza's. The crust tasted like it was a pre-fab. The edges and bottom were browned, not overly done, so okay. But the rest not okay. all the indregients were not cooked at all. Things were still in their raw state for example, grated mozz cheese still in the shape it was grated, no melt. Mushrooms, taunt like they are when sliced and as if they never saw any heat. Tomatoes, still firm and again not cooked. The list goes on. Even the green peppers on the veggies, some 1 -2 thickness and again, not cooked. So if you want prefab crust, with sauce with undercooked, if at all cooked toppings this is the place for you. Sorry to say but the fast food joints of the pizza world like dominios for example at least cook their toppings and roll their dough. You can make it out that at least they try.
Clean and welcoming family restaurant. The staff is friendly and attentive, 5 service from our server Clarissa. The food is well made and tastes great ?
