East Side Mario's Cambridge

Great food, Great Service and Great Atmosphere. I would recommend East Side Mario's to anyone who needs a great night out.

It took a while for us to be served. But the server was very apologetic, attentive and provided us with good service. It was cold in the restaurant. I had to wear my coat and it was 18 degrees outside. The chicken was burnt in my chicken Ceasar salad. I likely won’t order again but I would still come back but order pasta instead.

Meal was great!! However service was very slow tonight. It took 55 minutes to get our food. We're told that the kitchen was busy. The restaurant was only half full, so we it must have been busy from takeout it's unfortunate that in person dining takes a back seat to take out orders.

The food was good also the price. Our server was way over worked taking care a lot of tables by herself. Felt so bad for her she ways working her butt off, and We let her know that with a nice tip. Eastside here’s your tip stop over working your servers.

Just horrible, cold food, salads came after the main course, terrible service , small portions for the money they charge
