KFC Taco Bell - Cambridge

We ordered 2 chicken chicken sandwiches it wasnt chicken chicken sandwich i came home and see chicken was burnt and hard... barely sauce and extremely dry sandwich. Also had bacon in it it was very bad experience. Im not going back this location.

I called to order for pick up and was told they no longer take orders by phone. When I asked why she said because they messed up the orders and customers got mad, I asked a question to clarify...you no longer take phone orders BECAUSE YOU AND YOUR STAFF cannot get the orders right. She said that is correct.I guess because they cannot do their job the customers must suffer!!! What a way to run a business. I could not place an order so I shopped somewhere else.

It was good customer service,,,, black guy (sorry not being racist, but don’t know his name) he was so friendly and polite/calm. Forget about food, i just love their customer service. I have been their 4 times now, and just love it,,,

Bad experience . I entered the restaurant at 10:30 p.m om March 10,2023. Nobody was there to serve me for 10 min. When someone came to serve me, he didn't tell me that what I needed should be ordered online only. Then they refused to serve me because they were going to close after 15 min and the online should have been 20 min before the closing time. After they wasted my time and refused to serve what I really needed, I had to order something else. I think the staff should be faster and more flexible than they are and also the shouldn't leave the customers 10 min without even looking at them . I was the only customer who was there at that time. It was a really bad experience for me there.

I ordered extra crispy and got regular. The macaroni salad was watered down. I don't know how they do it, but their chickens are getting even smaller. I received no napkins or utensils. There is no value in buying their food any longer.
