Pizza Nova - Cambridge

We received a card for a free large 3 topping pizza from Pizza Nova via Welcome Wagon. We thought as it was free we would get less toppings than normal. We picked it up from the store and it was the best pizza we've had in a while. The thin crust was nice and crunchy on the bottom but not overdone, sauce was great, and toppings good. All in all a good experience. It's been a long time since we've been to Pizza Nova but we will be back.

Went in for my first time April 23. Ordered a large pizza with for toppings and a thin crust. It took 50 minutes plus for me to get the pizza when I got it it was not a thin crust. After waiting for such a long time I couldn'tbe bothered to turn around. Pizza tasted good but disappointed that it wasn't what I ordered and the time for cooking and preparing the pizza was ridiculous.

Well all I can say is this was a great pizza thin crust lots of cheese and tasty tomato sauce. I will order again.

We ordered pizza to be delivered to our motel room. An hour after I had placed the order I called to see if they were going to deliver. The girl was very apologetic and said it should be arriving soon. It came after 1.5 hrs, the delivery man got lost. The food was a bit cold. They forgot to include the forks and plates I had requested. Made it a little tricky for eating salad. The pizza was fine.

:Love Pizza Nova pizza so keep going back for punishment. Since the new owners took over last year, they keep making promises but without consistent staff they keep screwing up orders, walk ins take way too long 30 minutes or more. Our last pizza was so fundamentally wrong we waited while they made another and it still took 20 minutes (funny how our old location in Stouffville could regularly do it in 15). They were sorry as it was new staff, well if they don't know how to make a pizza or read instructions maybe you should keep a closer eye on them.
