Red Swan Pizza - Cambridge

I am very disappointed with this restaurant. I usually order a pizza with 3 toppings from the Waterloo location and it always meets my expectations in terms of taste and quality. However, when I ordered the same pizza from this location, they only gave me a pizza with almost no toppings (literally 3-4 pieces). I am frustrated that they couldn't even make a simple cheese pizza properly. I will not be returning to this place and I do not recommend anyone else to go there. I suggest trying the Waterloo location instead, as they are the best.

The Spicy Disc Pizza at this restaurant is absolutely delicious and the best pizza I've had in Canada. I was happy to learn that the franchise is also owned by fellow Indians. The staff is extremely attentive and friendly.

Ideal place for a pizza, whether you need a “pizzeria go” with their individual pizza specials or regular pizzas. had the best butter huhn and tandoori pizza in a dae at this place. they could not restore the same pizza when they ordered in the same way, but overall nice eating.

Two medium pizzas and a pfu wing ordered. pizza: the pizza was absolutely delicious and we really enjoyed the added sesame seeds on the crust. the only complaint we had was that they tried to save on toppings, as the pizza was not as full as most places. this does not take away from the pizza, and would recommend the chipotle chicken as a jump. wings: they were terrible, at least what our family found. the wings appeared under boiled when we open it and so cook through it in the air frit. the wings were still slim and fat when we ate them, and the honey garlic sauce tasted water down. overall we would definitely order from here if only for the pizza, but I doubt it as we tend to get wings with our food. I recommend the pizza, but would stay away from the wings.

Terrible experience. Thought we would try a new pizza place and this place had some interesting options. We were told 20 minutes when we ordered and we went to pick up the pizza twenty minutes later but it wasn't ready. We were told 10 minutes more, and our order would be ready. 10 minutes later, now 40 minutes after I placed the order originally. I was told that it would be 5 minutes, or 10 minutes, or 15 minutes more at this point (already 25 minutes late). I asked if I could simply cancel the order at this point, since I wasn't even confident my order had been started, and they said no. Unfortunately we had our restless two year old with us for what was SUPPOSED to be a quick pickup, making the experience even worse. I don't mind waiting an hour, but if it's going to be an hour, tell me that up front. Was super excited to try this pizza everyone is talking about, but we will not be back here again no matter how good the pizza is.
