The store was bright, clean, and inviting, with clean and well-stocked washrooms. The staff worked well together, supporting each other. Despite being young, they were impressively professional and mature in their behavior.
Big thanks to the girl who handed me a perfectly microwaved cinnamon roll today. You are the best. This treat is absolutely delicious. This is the best Tim Hortons in the area, no doubt. And she even gave me a knife, top-notch customer service.
I have never been to a worse Tim Hortons location than this one. Every weekday at 6:30am, there is only one staff member working at the front counter. The inside of the restaurant gets extremely crowded, and the drive-thru line wraps around the building every morning. It's not worth stopping here unless you're willing to wait for 20 minutes for the slow and often inaccurate service.
I have attempted to contact the owner of this franchise on numerous occasions, leaving my number with associates and also the corporate complaints website, all of which have been completely ignored. The fact that the owner didn't respond only confirms the overall lack of respect and appreciation for the people who visit his establishment. The member of staff who literally threw my order at me must have taken their training straight from the owner. Please do me a favor and send a message to the owner by boycotting this place.
These guys are either really fast, or rarely busy because there are no lines here outside of the 1 hour morning rush time.
