Tim Hortons - Cambridge

The waiting time in the thru running gear is long compared to other tim hortons. I never had any problems with the food I ordered. but the placement of the employees to the customers must be changed. the staff are not friendly and answer not even or welcome us right. the service has to be much improved. the restaurant is clean.

Good timmy is sure that there is fast service and fairly consistent. 4 stars for long lines (idc it is annoying) and that sucks a wise franklin input.

This is the worst location tim hortons that I visited throughout Canada. it seems everyone here hates her life. the waiting times in the car are absolutely disgusting. with the price for gas please make better.

Best tim hortons in cambridge, fast service fresh food n drink. best caregiver and coworker ever. if the drive is a big line up, it's just because they are so good.

I have had the worst customer service ever at this place. The employees literally do not care about their job. They hand you drinks while having conversations with each other, not even acknowledging you're there. Tim Hortons needs to give their staff a training session on how to treat their customers and how important it is to interact with them and treat them with respect.
