Tim Hortons - Cambridge

I want to give a shout out to the women working at this site during the morning shift. I always grab a drink from here since I work next to this location, and every time I go they really brighten my day. The staff working in the morning is incredible and their coordination is outstanding. Watching them work energizes me and they truly excel at their job. This is the best Tim Hortons in the area, hands down. The customer service is top-notch. I have been coming to this branch for the past 8 months and I have never seen anyone leave unhappy or upset, all thanks to the excellent service provided by the staff. If any of the staff are reading this, great job ladies (security here)!

This is the best Tim Hortons in Cambridge! The service is fast and the food and drinks are always fresh. The supervisors and staff are the best I have ever encountered. Even if there is a long line at the drive-thru, it's only because they are so popular and worth the wait.

The waiting time in the thru running gear is long compared to other tim hortons. I never had any problems with the food I ordered. but the placement of the employees to the customers must be changed. the staff are not friendly and answer not even or welcome us right. the service has to be much improved. the restaurant is clean.

Good timmy is sure that there is fast service and fairly consistent. 4 stars for long lines (idc it is annoying) and that sucks a wise franklin input.
