The ladies who were making the food on January 27 at 12:46pm were so rude. If you know your staff are slow and can’t do the job then re train or fire them.
My father and I love Tim Horton's steeped tea. However when I go to locations owned by this particular owner. I know it seems like a lot of tea, but we enjoy it Alot better than bagged tea. This Owner has at least 2 franchises in this area and has decreed that employees may only brew a half pot at a time, which doesn't go very far. I know I have heard many people order steeped tea, told there is no steeped available and they switch to bagged tea. It is frustrating to see food coming out without customers having to wait. However if I would like to keep my order I have to pull ahead and wait for them to bring it out. Typically During this past mystery shopper season they always had it available without the wait. Now that mystery shopping season has ended, the 1/2 pot policy has returned. It is just very frustrating, I tried switching locations and never had an issue however this Owner has purchased that location and I'm back to the waiting game.
They gave me just the bun of an English muffin, unopened and charged extra when I corrected my
When I order a 2x2 in the morning, it barely has cream. The cream that IS in there, is floating at the top. Every, single, morning. It's gross. Whoever is working the night shift, isnt cleaning the creamer. Then in the evening it's 50/50 on how I get my coffee. I order 2x2, again.. and sometimes it's alright, and other times, like tonight, I get cream and sugar, no coffee it seems. It's WHITE!Definitely not something you want to see when you're down to your last 20 bucks and make an order from home.I wouldn't have said anything, had it not been like this for the last 6 months. How does this happen? It's not rocket science. I've trained people at many Tim Hortons locations throughout KW. Nobody I've trained never had a problem pushing a button for cream. It's super weird. It's either that, or your employees are pouring coffee before the pot is fully brewed, and I'm getting the weak bit that's left in the pot.I'm tired of donating money. I'd like to not have to pour my order down the drain please.Side note.. The morning shift is lovely. Very pleasant! No, that's not sarcasm. I really like them!
The absolute worst customer service I have ever gotten at ANY fast food restaurant. An app offer didn't work and instead of helping me out the employees were snappy, rude and unhappy to help on what should if work via their own app. Never ever stepping foot here again.
