Wendy's - Cambridge

The staff at this restaurant are very friendly and the establishment is clean. The food is standard Wendy's quality and great. My main complaint is with the drink dispenser. The touch screen is unreliable and makes it take longer to get a drink than it should. Also, you can only get one drink at a time. On the positive side, there are plenty of drink options to choose from. Despite this, I would definitely return. It seems like this location is transitioning to a more self-serve style of ordering, but the friendly staff made the experience enjoyable.

Where is the chicken? Is there any chicken in this place? Wendy's has definitely changed in terms of value over the years. Dave Thomas' famous slogan "You don't pay more, you just get more" no longer holds true. It seems that now it's more like "You don't get more, you just pay more." Today, I experienced this first-hand with my Spicy Chicken Sandwich Meal. There was more breading than actual chicken. Unfortunately, this seems to be a common issue at Wendy's, not just at this location. The 4-star rating I am giving is based solely on the service. The staff here does a great job. However, there is a problem with this particular Wendy's - they have two menu boards displaying different prices. The LCD monitor shows outdated pricing, indicating the Spicy Chicken Meal is $9.99. But when you get to the till, they charge you $10.19, the price shown on the menu board behind the till.

The staff at Wendy's on Hespler Rd were polite, efficient, and worked seamlessly together. Despite the busy dinner rush, my order was prepared quickly and accurately. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Absolutely disgusting , I witnessed an employee take fries out of where they put them once cooked. I lost my cool, to be polite. I called the girl out, she smirked at me , I’m like did you seriously take a fry and eat it, she walks to the back, I asked to speak to the manager , she was dumb founded, I refused those fries and asked for fresh ones. I don’t care who you are , it’s FOOD, you weren’t wearing gloves. I hope the health board walks in there. Absolutely disgusting. Not worth going there anymore and I will voice to everyone. Dinning room was dirty. Spilled drink by pop fountain garbage can counter was not cleaned up. Food was slow. Overall this restaurant appeared to be poorly managed. I would avoid this Wendys if you can.
