1). this saturation is not a PIZZA slot. flammekueche is a thin, crispy basic with cream cheese and toppings. also this place boil their gluten-free bases on a certain gluten-free tablet and asked me if I coeliac when I order. very impressed.

This is not really a pizza place, the pizzas are very small (like half size and thin basic if gf) so expensive for what they are.

They assured me that they cater to people with celiac disease, but when I requested gluten-free pizzas, they placed them directly in the oven without a tray and refused to use one when I asked.

The staff were very accommodating, and there were plenty of options for people with celiac disease. It was my first time trying flammekueche, and I loved it!

This isn't really a pizza restaurant. The pizzas are quite small—about half the size with a thin crust, especially if you opt for the gluten-free option—making them pricey for what you get.
