Contribuisci feedbackThe service at this restaurant was terrible. The food came out cold and when we brought it to the staff's attention, they were very unwelcoming. Unfortunately, we won't be returning, which is a shame since we have been going there for years.
I waited 50 minutes for my food to arrive at the restaurant. I had to approach the staff twice to inquire about the delay, and both times they assured me it would be ready in 5 minutes, which it was not. When the food finally arrived, the chicken was cold and dry, indicating that it had been sitting under a heat lamp for an extended period of time. I considered sending the food back, but did not want to wait another 50 minutes. The staff did not offer any compensation or even check in to see if everything was alright. Overall, the experience was terrible.
This restaurant is lovely and inviting. The food is delicious and the staff is very friendly.
My friends and I were going to see Blind Guardian at the O2 Forum down the road. They are regulars to Nandos so they invited me to go there before the concert. Our orders took 6, 35 and 45 minutes to be delivered, all ordered at the same time. We were late to the show and had to stand in the balcony. Would not recommend or return.
Truly terrible customer service by one of the staff members here. Discriminating against a disabled customer is completely unacceptable. Definitely would’t recommend going here.
