Pepes Piri Piri Kilburn - Camden

Food was good. A lot of chicken places get it so wrong. But quite pleased today. Will definitely recommend.

Wow,finally a place where I can eat chicken and still crave more while I am full.You can tell immediately when something is fresh or not and what I had was FRESH.It had flavour and makes you enjoy every bite.The chicken wrap was very Mmmmmmm.The chicken was moist and marinated beautifully.But the thing that really did it for me were their wings which were the best I have had in a long time.No more dodgy old and dry wings from pizza places which don't look appealing..Thanks Pepes.you got me now.

It was the first time I have phoned for a delivery, what a shock when I asked why the bill was so high, the reply was We charge £1 per item extra. The was no sign of this anywhere! After complaining I was told we will remove these charges. They tried to charge me an extra £7.00 for nothing!!!! I cancelled my order, and will not use them again. I phoned them back the same evening and asked is there a delivery charge the answer was no! BE WARNED.

This place offers nice grilled piri piri chicken etc. similar to Nando's but better, in my opinion. They have a few branches all of them are similar worth a visit.

Good food and service, great delivery and polite staff. The restuarant lacks atmosphere however and feels more like a chicken joint. id love there to me more atmosphere and better decor. This one too seems to have the constant smell of toilet cleaner, especially as many tables are situated by the toilet entrance which is a unisex toilet and in my opinion off putting. So I usually order a delivery or takeout and for more of a family meal, I would rather spend the extra money and sit down in the ambience of a Nandos which conveniently is across the road. If Pepes fixed its interior ambience I would happily switch here for a family meal on more occasions though and I would be saving a lot of cash too.
