Contribuisci feedbackI had an amazing experience at Brandon's in Camden, New York. He did a fantastic job with my order, and it turned out exactly how I wanted it—just like it always does! I always order from him because he consistently gets it right. I genuinely think he deserves either a raise or a promotion to manager. I've placed countless orders, and he’s the only one who consistently nails it. I ordered a Reuben with jalapeños, extra toasted, along with an antipasto salad with chicken, tossed in hot sauce, and topped with bacon—it was absolutely perfect. I'm giving him five stars once again—he truly deserves it! His hard work really shines through, and he should definitely be recognized.
It was a particularly busy time of day, and there was only one register open, which was being managed by a trainee. Unfortunately, she was unaware of a pizza promotion, so we had to wait for a manager to come over and help clear the register. After that, the items had to be rescanned. I was also in line to get gas, and the whole process ended up taking nearly 10 minutes.
What's not to love? The ice cream is fantastic, and I'm especially fond of their paninis!
The ice cream shop still features the cotton candy confetti flavor on its menu, which gives me hope once more. If a specific ice cream flavor isn’t available, it should definitely be taken off the menu!
I am very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I almost go there every day and always order the same thing, but it is consistently made wrong. When I bring this up to the management, their only response is to either refund me or remake the order, but they still get it wrong. I won't be coming back to this restaurant again. The pictures of cats that come with my milkshake orders are just a reminder of my frustration!
