Taco Bell - Cameron Park

The food was enjoyable, and the wait time was reasonable. The person taking our order was fine, and the ambiance was decent. The prices are fair, especially considering the rising costs at fast-food places. Thankfully, they offer meal deals!

I had one of the worst experiences at this Taco Bell. I arrived at 1:30 and had to use the kiosk, which was malfunctioning and slow to process my order. I ended up waiting 30 minutes for my food, while the drive-thru seemed to be moving smoothly, despite there being 15 people inside waiting for their meals. The staff was rude when customers inquired about their orders, and it felt like they were more focused on goofing around than serving us. When my order finally came out, it was incorrect, and I didn’t receive the sauce I had requested. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

I visited this Taco Bell last night and entered the drive-thru line at 5:30, with about 6 or 7 cars in front of me. I didn't leave with my food until 6:09, and unfortunately, it was cold and unappetizing. I assumed they were understaffed, but there were at least five employees working, including two at the register who seemed more interested in chatting about phone bills than serving customers. If each order takes five minutes to prepare, I don't understand why two people are needed at the register.

Drive thru was met with a long line but it moved fairly quickly. Food was given and our order was all accurate and got when given to us. The employee who took out order and money could not bring himself to say thank you, the employee who gave us ourorder also couldn't bring herself to say thank you. I was the only one who said thank you to each employee.

No soda as of Thursday 13,2022 Wwwwwhhhhaaatttttt?! ! The Taco Bell?s that are owned and El Dorado County are owned by the Sutherlands and she?s always pinching pennies and taking shortcuts she should just close her or sell them to somebody else Thatcan run them properly like every other Taco Bell around the United States she seems to struggle a lot
