The food at this restaurant is always delicious. However, I have noticed that their prices have been increasing lately. While they may be the best Chinese food in town, Americans are struggling to keep up with the continually rising prices. Eventually, people may realize that the food is becoming too expensive. If the restaurant focused on quality over quantity, they would likely see more success in the long run. Despite this, I am still planning on returning to this restaurant.

We ordered takeout from this restaurant based on its high ratings, but we were extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. The tonkatsu, a breaded fried pork chop, was overcooked, hard, and dry - the worst we've ever had. The bento we ordered contained tempura, grilled salmon, and sashimi, but we ended up throwing away half of it as it was difficult to digest. The tempura lacked flavor and seemed undercooked, and the salmon was described by my partner as the worst he's ever had. Overall, the food was overpriced for the poor quality. We ended up having to order something else for dinner since the food was so bad.

We finally discovered a fantastic sushi restaurant in El Dorado County. As natives of Santa Cruz, we are always looking for sushi that can compare to what we're used to, and Yuki surpassed our expectations. The dishes were fresh and satisfying. We tried the seaweed salad, aloha roll, Hawaiian and salmon rolls, as well as the mozzarella roll that my husband ordered. Every dish was delicious. We visited on my birthday, and my sushi craving was perfectly satisfied. The service was top-notch, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the restaurant was bustling at 8pm. The prices were reasonable, and we will definitely return. The reviews were accurate, and we are grateful to everyone who recommended this place, both in person and online. Thank you!
