Big Rays Burgers Dogs - Camp Hill

Immature owner has rude attitude! Staff are family members and the cook does not know how to cook a well done burger properly! Not sure why this place has the reviews that are posted? We did not have a good experience our food was not prepared safely or as requested! By the time we realized that our order was not correct as ordered it was too late to contact the place! I contacted the owner as soon as I had available time was surprised by the rude mouthy aggressive attitude of owner who made many excuses for the incompetent cook as well as the very little amount of Big Ray burger content even though we paid an extra $3.00 for each Big Ray burger to add a 2nd patty! The place looked like a basic low end fast food joint even the deck had rotted wood missing making it a cautious 1st visit absolutely our last! No difference between fast food burger joints same bad type of staff lack of forward thinking capable management! WE do not recommend this place if you have knowledge of safe food preparation proper hygienic food handling standards!

I hardly ever write reviews on places- but this one is a MUST TRY!!! A classic burger joint with FANTASTIC food and great staff!! We were warmly greeted upon walking in, and a team member (I didn't grab her name) immediately walked up and began explaining all of the menu items/combos, her favorites, what she recommended, etc. She was incredibly hospitable, very knowledgeable, and made you feel like family!! I ordered the brunch burger and the bay fries, and they were DELICIOUS!!! (To be fair, I was starving) but I ate that burger like it was my job. And with everything fresh made to order?! I couldn't believe the quality and timeliness of service!! If you are craving a good burger, this is the only burger spot in the area that I would give a strong recommendation for! Thank you Big Rays' staff!!!

This place is a good bang for the buck. The workers were friendly and the food was ok. When we walked in the lady at the counter was very friendly, even offered our child an apple sauce. Right before we got our order another couple got there's and they were suppose to get onion rings but got fries instead. The staff did make it right and gave them fries on the house and got there onion rings as well. When we got our order I got the cheesy bacon fries....but they forgot the cheese and bacon....took them up and yes they fixed it. But that is 2 mess ups right in a row and it just doesn't look good. The staff made it right both times but still not acceptable. Fresh cut fries were very good and my wife's burger she said was decent. My chicken sandwich was a Little on the rubbery side but still edible just kind of lacked on flavor. All in all it's a cheap eats kind of place. It's nothing fancy and nothing to brag about. But if your looking to stuff your face on a budget it's not a bad stop.
