I was on hold for 30 minutes trying to order two pizzas. When a staff member finally came on the line, I told him I wanted delivery, but he informed me it would take 1.5 hours. I decided to pick up the order instead, but then he put me on hold again for another 15 minutes. When he returned, he asked me to hold once more. I ended up hanging up.
I ordered a gluten-free pizza with chicken online, but instead received chunks of chicken along with pork sausage, which I'm allergic to. I had to throw away the entire pizza, and by the time it arrived, I had no other options left.
If I could give this place a lower rating, I would. The customer service here is absolutely terrible. No one answers the phones, and it took over an hour and a half just to receive my takeout, which still wasn’t cooked properly. I will never order from here again. I placed my order around 9:06, and when I called to follow up, I was met with a rude employee who hung up on me after I complained. They took my money and left me without any food. This is completely unacceptable. It’s ridiculous that young people like this aren't being raised to understand proper customer service.
This pizza is too quick, hot , and fresh for me not to write a review! They do they thing in here! Will always go back.
