Comfort Zone Foods - Campbell River

The restaurant has a charming appearance and is situated in an attractive shop, however, the pleasant atmosphere ends there. The chef is impolite, and the food is unappetizing and expensive.

The service at this restaurant was extremely slow, even though it was not busy. The food was overpriced for the quality, and overall subpar. I do not plan on returning.

The food was okay, but the panini had too much grease. It took a long time for our order to arrive, which made me question their organization skills.

It has a great menu. He had the quiche and the Caesar salad and found it divine. I had a muffin. It was dry. Service was very friendly.

It was a great stop today with the weather dreary and cold. A bowl of hot Mulligatawny soup nicely flavoured with just the right amount of curry, and steaming hot, warmed me right up. Things were quiet, with some of the businesses closed over the holidays but service was quite good and food excellent. My son had a turkey bacon club that filled him and we left with some extravagantly large butter tarts, and a huge trio of carrot cakes to take home to share.
