Contribuisci feedbackThis restaurant seems to have little understanding of gluten or how to accommodate celiac disease. The menu offers very few gluten-free options, and it took them 20 minutes to determine whether the tacos could be gluten-free, yet they were still unsure.
I came in for lunch and had James as our server. He was incredibly friendly and attentive, providing top-notch service! He made excellent suggestions for drinks and lunch and was very knowledgeable about the menu. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. This is why I still love the hospitality industry. I hope the team knows how lucky they are to have him on board!
Beautiful place and enjoyed it in past. this time they served a regular burger instead of the veggie burger I ordered and then made me feel like a stupid to question it. I had the veggieburger before and know the difference. when we were on a tight time, I didn't follow them beyond my original complaint. pretty bad shape for what I thought was a decent eating.
I had dinner last night, and I remember having a lovely conversation with two of the chefs when I visited about two years ago. However, this time, I felt the culinary quality has declined. The steaks were quite dry, the fries were overcooked, and the presentation was really poor; it looked as if the food was just thrown onto the plate. It's disappointing to see a restaurant that once offered such a great experience fall to this level. It used to have some truly excellent dishes.
I visited this restaurant a week ago and had an amazing experience with their tuna fish burger. Excited to introduce my family to the place, I returned, but I was very disappointed. The nachos were more like chips and salsa—bland and tasteless. The wings were dry, and the accompanying sweet sauce was lukewarm and unappetizing. The coffee was the best part of the meal, which is saying something. I understand that many places are struggling to keep up with demand, but this was a waste of both money and time. My family had already finished their meal, and I ended up waiting another 10 minutes at the table just to get my bill. I paid and left without saying a word, as I didn’t want to ruin my partner's birthday celebration.
