Udon noodle soup was tasty. Lobster rolls (special) were Authentic and generous. Helpful servers. Cute place. Should have arrived earlier but we totally enjoyed our relatively short time there.
Food was very good but lacked service. We were a table of six and the food came one plate at a time which was very akward for the rest of the group. They need to organise better service and food should come out together. But apart from the service and wait time I would definitely come back.
We can't go one week without having our Wasabiya fix! Lots of respect to all the Chefs that put in the time and care it takes to perfect each dish. Everything is consistently delicious and looks like a work of art. All staff are super friendly and accommodating as well as knowledgeable when it comes to helping recommend dishes for newcomers! Love love love it here!
One of the best places for sushi and other seafoods in Campbell River. I'm often ordered here, but I always do. So there's not much I can say about food at the restaurant. But the food itself is fresh and delicious. So come in bravely. Prices aren't cheap, but quality's high.
Tempura exactly as it should be -- crisp, delicate, light.Miso soup was also excellent.Quality of ingredients and preparation were comparable to a major city like Vancouver but here we were in a small place like Campbell River.Only disconnect was the staff who seemed more like a sports bar rather than a Japanese restaurant serving a menu like this. They were friendly but the interaction with guests felt out of place.
