Ruub's Zach's Taco Catering was great! They were very communicative throughout the whole process and made it very easy to book them. They kept in touch before our event on their eta and how their set up would be. The food was amazing and we had tons of leftovers after! They were gracious enough to pack everything for us to take home. Would recommend them for any event in the South Bay area!

I reached out to Ruben on a referral from a friend with a very last minute ask for a late night hot dog stand at my wedding. He was super responsive and accessible in multiple ways (quick on both email and text), prepared a very fair and reasonable quote for us with minimal notice, and beyond delivered! The process was simple, easy, no fuss, no random fees, no excessive paperwork or questions- just quality hot dogs and quality service! One of the easiest vendors we booked for our wedding. Our guests loved the street dogs and we couldn't have been happier that we found someone willing and able to make it all happen so seamlessly for us! Thank you Ruben!

Big Ruub's did a great job catering my nephew's graduation party. The staff was efficient setting up the taco bar and they did a good job serving. The tree choices of meats were all well prepared and the toppings were ample and of good quality. The food was all very good. They cleaned up and boxed the left overs well. They made a great impression and the locals at the party all expressed and interest in using Big Ruub in the future. If Big Ruub is on the menu, count me in.Food: 4/5 Service: 4/5 Atmosphere: 4/5

This guy have known for a long time and his food is phenomenal and he is a great person and does pretty much anything to accommodate your needs. I recommend them to anybody I know, but what I like the most is the variety of tacos and the way there served.
