Karma's By The River - Campbellford

Why did they take away the best Thai food that can't be found for miles? Pub food is so common. The new owners should have kept the same menu. I will miss this hidden gem in Campbellford. So sad. Won't be eating here. Blah.

This establishment is now known as The Pickled Onion Pub. New owners just took over the location this week. The menu offers much more than just pub food. This was a family visit and we tried several menu items. All were excellent. We had Philly cheese steak sandwich, fish and chips, liver and onions, chicken parmesan and a club sandwich. Poutine and Caesar salad were also ordered and everything was super.

This place is one of the nicest restaurants in Trent Hills. The food is delicious, the customer service is excellent and the place is very clean.

Tibetan-thai fusion. We got the platter which was so yummy and the perfect amount for 2 people.I highly recommend this restaurant!The staff were so friendly and even offered for my son to play the Tibetan dra-nyen (similar to a banjo or guitar). It was an amazing experience and we will definitely go there again!

We are so fortunate to live in a small town that has a restaurant serving food of this quality. The restaurant is welcoming and Karma has done a wonderful job with the restaurant decor. We have eaten here several times and have always found the service excellent and the portion size perfect. Great value. Highly recommend.
