Wings Pizza N Things - Campbellsville

We visited 5-6 times while staying in the area for work. The bartenders in the garage area were attentive and friendly but if you ever ordered food you could expect a ridiculously long wait. Every single time we went, the service for food was terrible and It didn?t matter if the place was busy or not. If you sat at the bar -of it was staffed- drinks were quick but food was still slow. If you sat anywhere other than the bar, you waited 20-30 mins for a bar drink and over an hour for food. The management never stepped in to help overwhelmed/slow/confused servers and never apologized for the wait times. The only reason we went back more than once was because of the limited options in town that served drinks. Once Wings and Rings opened, we never went back.

The service was good, but we found the prices a bit steep for the quality of food. The kids really enjoyed their meals. My wife and I thought it was just okay; we agreed that if we were in the area and hungry, we might stop by again, but we wouldn't go out of our way to return. I had the habanero mango chicken wings, which had a great flavor, but unfortunately, the chicken was overcooked, dry, and a bit tough to eat. Overall, it's not a bad place to dine, but it feels overpriced for what you get, and I wouldn't consider it a fantastic dining option. Just so you know, happy hour draft beers are $2.50, which isn't a bad deal.

I ordered a pizza and after waiting 40 minutes, they brought me one with the wrong toppings. I informed them about the mistake, and they put it back in the oven, which resulted in it being overcooked. To make matters worse, they just placed the correct toppings on top of the pizza raw and returned it to me. I decided not to eat it and simply asked for the bill for my drinks. They didn’t apologize or offer to rectify the situation at all. After waiting another 20 to 25 minutes for the ticket, I was extremely disappointed. Given the poor service I received, I have no intention of returning. It used to be a great place to eat, but I can no longer recommend it to anyone. After spending over an hour just to pay six dollars for two drinks and endure terrible service, I can confidently say this is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. A large group of my family had planned to eat there, but that’s no longer happening after this experience.

1st time here with the family and was not disappointed. We had pizza and wings and both are very good. They also have a gluten free pizza option which made my daughter very happy since she can't eat gluten. It is a sports bar restaurant so expect it to be a little loud. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because table was dirty when they seated us but did clean it when we pointed it out. Manager and waiter were friendly and kitchen staff was working hard cranking out orders fairly quickly.

I had the opportunity to eat here several times and it was always a good decision. Good salad and really good wings. Very sweet tea.
